A non-refundable deposit of $200 USD secures your ceremony date. The balance is due 30 days before the ceremony. Once received, Glenn begins writing your personalised ceremony script and opens coordination with the Atlantis events team on your behalf.
Tell Glenn your Atlantis hotel, your date, and your guest count. He will confirm the full cost inclusive of VAT and the Atlantis facility fee before you commit to anything.
Do I need to be staying at Atlantis to have a vow renewal there?
Not necessarily, though staying at the resort significantly simplifies logistics. Glenn can coordinate access for non-resort guests, but the process is more involved.
Couples staying at Atlantis have unrestricted access to the resort and can move freely between their accommodation and the ceremony location. Couples not staying at Atlantis can still access ceremony areas through Glenn's coordination with the Atlantis team, but the logistics are more complex and the Atlantis facility fee still applies. If you are visiting Nassau without staying at Atlantis, Glenn's semi-private Nuptial Beach on Cable Beach is almost always the more practical and cost-effective option.
What is Cabbage Beach and is it a good ceremony location?
Cabbage Beach is a long white sand beach on Paradise Island adjacent to Atlantis. It is one of the most photographed beaches in the Bahamas and a popular ceremony location, though it is a public beach.
Cabbage Beach stretches along the northern shore of Paradise Island and faces out over the Atlantic. It provides a genuinely beautiful backdrop. The important consideration is that Cabbage Beach is a shared public space, meaning other resort guests, visitors, and beachgoers may be present during your ceremony window. Glenn recommends early morning or late afternoon timings at Cabbage Beach to minimise crowd presence and maximise photographic quality. How long does an Atlantis vow renewal ceremony take?
The ceremony itself runs 15 to 30 minutes. Total event time including one hour of photography is 1.5 to 2 hours from Glenn's arrival.

If photography is included (it is in the $1,550 Atlantis package), photography continues for one hour after the ceremony closes.
